The Bavarian Research Institute investigated this question and launched an online survey on digital transformation. A total of more than 1000 Internet users took part in the survey. It had to be concluded that Germans still have large knowledge gaps in the field of artificial intelligence, yet they see AI as a chance for the future.
The exact results were published in the publication "Understanding and designing AI".
