- Implementing Measures: The ten minimum measures are processes within the system, not chapters in a PDF.
- Generate a self-declaration fromthe documentation catalog—within the 12-month period.

Yes. The digi4risk module covers ISO 27001:2022, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NISG 2026 (NIS2), and the GDPR in a compliance catalog comprising 26 frameworks. The deadlines specified in NISG 2026—registration, self-declaration, and incident reporting within 24 and 72 hours—are stored in the system.
Where does my data go?
You can choose to host it in a data center in Austria or the EU, or on your own server. There is no reliance on U.S. cloud services.
Do I have to use the entire system, or just one module?
You start with a module, such as ISMS or data protection. You can add other modules, such as CRM, accounting, or training, as needed. All modules use the same master data.
How much does digi4business cost?
Software usage starting at €250 per month. Supported ISMS operation starting at €500 per month. A one-day certification check costs €1,490. Consulting services are eligible for funding through KMU.DIGITAL.
Can my tax advisor continue to use BMD?
Yes. The accounting module in digi4business exports data to BMD NTCS and supports UGB balance sheets and income statements, fixed asset registers, bank statement imports, and dunning.
We already have a data protection tool. Why switch?
You don't have to switch. However, if data protection and information security are documented separately, you'll have to maintain assets, suppliers, and responsible parties twice. In digi4business, it's all in one place.
