18.1.2021 "databee - With AI into the Cloud" wins Constantinus Award "International Projects

databee is a data analytics service that uses AI to classify documents. The project for NHS Borders, the UK health authority in the south of Scotland, was implemented with databee in the early 2020s. This involved analysing 15TB of data across more than 15 million files.

NHS Borders is migrating data to the Microsoft Cloud as part of its "Cloud First" strategy. It was important to know what was suitable for the cloud, what needed to be stored locally and what should be deleted. databee used machine learning to classify the data.

Software licenses for the Microsoft Cloud cost between 2.5 and 35 GBP per user per month. databee makes it possible for each of the 3000 employees to find the cheapest license that is sufficient for their data.

Constantinus has chosen the project "databee- With AI into the Cloud" as the winner of the category "International Projects". Constantinus is Austria's largest consulting and IT award.

In addition to the Constantinus Award, databee also won the Innovation Award in Lower Austria last month.

With the acquisition of Halo Development GmbH, which was previously based in the American, New Zealand and Australian markets in the area of business intelligence, the company has succeeded in uniting PowerBI, data analysis, data and network security and DSGVO under one roof.
